WIFE
OF TARABA STATE GOVERNOR DISTRIBUTES PALLIATIVES TO THE VULNERABLE
AND
FRONT-LINE WORKERS.
Wife of Taraba State Governor, Barr. Mrs.
Anna Darius Ishaku has donated palliatives to the vulnerable residents and
front-line workers in the state. This is to ease the condition of the lockdown
on the fight against Covid-19.
Presenting the food items to the
beneficiaries yesterday, Barr. Anna said the donations were garnered by the
Northern Governor’s wives forum to assist the vulnerable and front-line workers
of various states.
Mrs. Nun-Riman Dashe, Administration
officer, Hope Afresh Foundation Jalingo (HAFT) who represented the Governor’s
wife said that this is not a time to despair but to keep fighting as one
against the pandemic.
Also, Project Manager (HAFT) Mrs. Helen
Douglas listed the State Specialist Hospital Jalingo, Federal Medical Center
Jalingo (FMC), Global Salvation and Liberation Correctional Service, God’s own
Evangelistic Discipleship Ministry, Precious Kids International, Government
Remand Home and the recent vulnerable children intercepted by the state
government as all beneficiaries of the palliatives.
